Returns Policy

Please be aware we are a Business-to-Business (B2B) company and do not deal with individuals.

14 days (from date of invoice) Return Policy for Non-Defective Return

• All the returns are subject to approval and are at the discretion of IIoTzone.com.
• A 35% restocking fee will be applied to all returns or exchanges.
• No returns are allowed after 14 days from the invoice date.
• Shipping charges for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.
• Returned products must adhere to the following requirements:
  • All original boxes and packaging intact.
  • All supplied manuals, accessories, and documentation.
• All returns MUST be authorized and have an authorization number.
• If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Timing will vary depending on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

The return and exchange policies described here apply only to products purchased from IIoTzone. For products purchased through other channels, please contact the distributor/reseller directly.

Before returning or exchanging an item, please submit your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) request here.

Defective products purchased from IIoTzone will be covered by our RMA policy.
