Shipping & delivery

Stock Availability endeavours to ensure accuracy of lead time on our website. However, due to circumstances beyond our control and the wide product portfolio, lead times may vary. For stock availability and more realistic lead times we strongly recommend that you e-mail before placing your order.

At we hold an extensive stock of Moxa products. Non-stock items usually have a lead time of 1-2 weeks from receipt of your order. Please be aware that there are certain items, for example ‘T’ versions (extended temperature), which may have 4-6 weeks’ lead time.

Customers can arrange to have their own courier at no extra cost

*Please be aware that Transit Time is NOT Lead Time. The transit time begins once your order has been handed over to the courier for delivery.

Geographical Limitations

If our courier company does not operate in a particular area, customers there will need to contact and pay another courier to ship their goods. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Delivery Tracking

Most parcels dispatched by are tracked and signed services. Customers will be notified of their tracking numbers when the goods are dispatched. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for the parcel.

Taxes and Duties

Please be aware that will not be liable for any import duty into customers’ own country.

Delivery Problems

According to our company policy we should be notified in writing within 3 working days of receipt of your order if:

  • The wrong product has been dispatched
  • The goods have been damaged in transit
  • There are any other discrepancies
